Terms of service

Vouch is operated by Samrat Kar, an individual based in Pune, India.

The agreement between you and Vouch for using vouchgeo.com.

About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Samrat Kar, an individual based in Pune, India, which runs Vouch ("we", "us") for the use of Vouch at vouchgeo.com. If you use Vouch for an organisation, you accept these terms for that organisation and confirm that you may do so.

What Vouch does

Vouch asks AI assistants the questions you choose, follows each conversation for up to six questions, and reports where your brand is named, recommended or dropped.

The answers come from third-party AI assistants. They change from one run to the next and can be wrong. Treat Vouch's results as a record of what the assistants said, not as advice or a promise of any outcome. Which assistants we track can change as their providers change their services.

Your account

You need an account to use Vouch. Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us at hello@vouchgeo.com straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

The owners of an organisation decide who joins it and with which role, and are responsible for what its members do in Vouch.

Free trial

A new organisation starts with a 14-day free trial, with the limits shown on the pricing page. No card is needed. When the trial ends, tracking stops until you choose a plan, and your results stay in your account.

Plans, prices and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars or Indian rupees, at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. Prices exclude tax. Any GST, VAT or sales tax is added at checkout.

Once online payment is live, payments are taken by our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record: it sells the subscription to you under its own buyer terms, and adds and pays any tax due. Until then, we agree payment with you by email at hello@vouchgeo.com. We never see or store your card details.

If we change the price of your plan, we will tell the owners of your organisation by email before the new price applies. It applies from your next billing period.

Plan limits

Each plan has limits on projects, tracked prompts, countries, Thread slots and seats. If your organisation goes over its plan, for example after a downgrade, Vouch keeps all your data, keeps running your oldest items within the limits and pauses the rest until you upgrade or archive some prompts.

Cancelling

An owner can cancel at any time, from Manage billing on the Billing page or by emailing hello@vouchgeo.com. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then tracking stops. Refunds are covered by our refund policy at vouchgeo.com/refunds.

Fair use

When you use Vouch, you agree not to:

  • break the law or anyone else's rights;
  • try to reach another organisation's data, or get round your plan's limits;
  • overload, probe or attack the service;
  • resell access to Vouch without our written agreement;
  • track prompts written to make an assistant produce unlawful or harmful content.

Your content

You keep the rights to the brand names, prompts and other details you enter. You allow us to use them only to run Vouch for you, which includes sending your prompts and follow-up questions to AI assistants. You may use Vouch's reports for your own business.

Our service

We work to keep Vouch available and accurate, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other customers at risk. We will tell you why, unless the law prevents it.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data. Our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in those 12 months.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we will email the owners of your organisation before the change takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute about them is for the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, except where the law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own courts.
