Refund policy
Vouch is operated by Samrat Kar, an individual based in Pune, India.
Cancelling a subscription with Samrat Kar, an individual based in Pune, India, which runs Vouch, and when we refund a payment.
Free trial
The 14-day free trial needs no card, so there is never anything to refund for it.
Cancelling
You can cancel a subscription at any time, from Manage billing on the Billing page or by emailing hello@vouchgeo.com. It stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and is not renewed after that.
Refunds in the first 14 days
If you are not happy, email hello@vouchgeo.com within 14 days of your first payment for a subscription and we will refund that payment in full. Tell us the organisation's name and the email address of an owner.
Later payments
We do not give full or partial refunds for later billing periods, or for the unused part of a period after you cancel, except where the law requires it.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the payment method you paid with, through our payment provider, including any tax that was charged. How long they take to reach you depends on your bank or card issuer.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy takes away any right you have under the law.
