Questions
What is a Thread?
One buyer’s conversation with an assistant, six questions long: Discovery, Shortlist, Objection, Trust, Value and Decision. Vouch records where your brand is named, dropped or chosen at each stage.
What counts as a tracked prompt?
A question you ask Vouch to track, such as “best electric cycles under 50,000”. It runs in each assistant you choose for it and in every country of its project, and counts once.
What is a Thread slot?
Each assistant in each country where a prompt has Threads on uses one slot, because each runs 5 six-question conversations a week.
Which assistants do you track?
Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity (API answers), Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode and Copilot (Bing AI answer) today.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The trial lasts 14 days, on the Trial limits shown under Compare plans. Nothing is charged when it ends: tracking stops until you choose a plan, and your results stay in your account.
How do I pay?
Paid plans coming soon. Until then, every account starts on the free trial. Questions go to hello@vouchgeo.com. Prices exclude tax. Any GST, VAT or sales tax is added at checkout.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Nothing is deleted. Vouch keeps running your oldest prompts within the plan, pauses the rest and shows which are paused. Upgrade or archive prompts to run them again.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Tracking runs to the end of the period you paid for, then stops. Your results stay readable.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, if you ask hello@vouchgeo.com within 14 days of your first payment. Later periods are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
