What Profound does well
Profound is built for large teams. Its Enterprise plan lists up to nine answer engines, daily prompt runs, all-time data history, CSV and JSON exports, API access and SSO, and its site lists RBAC, SCIM and SOC 2. Its site also describes Agent Analytics (how AI bots view, cite and refer to your pages), Prompt Volumes drawn from real user conversations, ChatGPT Shopping tracking at SKU level, sentiment, fact-checking of what assistants say about you, and an AI Marketer agent that drafts work for approval. If you need one platform for AI search data, content work and governance, that breadth is the point.
Where Vouch is different
Profound measures how AI engines answer your tracked prompts. Vouch follows the whole conversation a buyer has. A Thread asks an assistant six questions in order: Discovery, Shortlist, Objection, Trust, Value and Decision. Vouch records the stage where your brand stops being named, the question that did it, and which brands were named instead. The Vouch Rate turns a week of those conversations into one score. Our methodology explains how each assistant is asked and how the score is worked out, and what happens after the first answer shows why the later questions matter.
Vouch also publishes its prices. Starter is $39 a month for one project, 15 tracked prompts, two Thread slots, one country and one seat.
Choose Profound if
- You are an enterprise team and want custom terms, SSO and a dedicated support option.
- You need DeepSeek, Exa Search or ChatGPT Shopping data.
- You want CSV or JSON exports and an API today.
- You want content and agent tools in the same product as your tracking.
Choose Vouch if
- You want to know which follow-up question ends your brand's run in a buying conversation.
- You want a published monthly price, with no sales call.
- You are a smaller team that needs a clear weekly score more than a data warehouse.
Vouch is invite-only for now. To see how Vouch asks each assistant and scores a conversation, read the methodology.

Common questions
Is Vouch cheaper than Profound?
Vouch's Starter plan is $39 a month. Profound's pricing page lists a free trial and a custom-priced Enterprise plan, and mentions a self-serve Agency Growth plan without a price, so there is no published paid figure to compare. Profound's pricing page has the current terms.
Does Profound track multi-turn buyer conversations?
We did not find multi-turn or follow-up conversation tracking described on Profound's pricing or home page when we checked. Vouch's Threads ask six questions in a row, from Discovery to Decision, and record the stage where your brand is dropped.
Which tool covers more AI assistants?
Profound's Enterprise plan lists up to nine answer engines, including DeepSeek and Exa Search. Vouch tracks seven: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode and Copilot, and runs Threads on the first four.
Can I export data from Vouch?
Every paid Vouch plan can download an HTML report. Vouch has no CSV export or alerts today. Profound lists CSV and JSON exports and API access on its Enterprise plan, and none on its trial.
